How It Works

Children cut out the square ocean background, cut along the marked diagonal line, and overlap the lower triangular sections to form a standing 3D scene.

The ocean animals, coral, plants, and shell can then be cut out and arranged inside the habitat. Several pieces include folding tabs so they can stand on the ocean floor, while the fish and sea turtle can be glued to the background or attached with small paper spacers to create a swimming effect.
